What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Brownsville, TX and nearby cities including Harlingen, Los Fresnos, San Benito, Mcallen, Olmito, and Rancho Viejo.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we provide delivery, for all rental items. Fees vary based on location.
What is your cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your booking: Cancel at least 7 days before your event to receive an 80% refund of your total payment. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are eligible for a 60% refund. Deposits remain non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes to your reservation.
Are there additional charges for damage or loss of rental items
Yes, you will be responsible for any significant damage or loss of items. Optional damage waivers are available for a fee.
Can I view the items before I rent them?
Absolutely! We welcome you to visit our showroom to view and select the rental items. We recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment.
How long does the service last?
The standard rental lasts for 6 hours, but you can extend it up to 12 hours for an additional $20 fee. Just let us know in advance when booking!
